Om Sai Ram Construction (OSRC Nepal) - Official Website
A fast, SEO-optimized, responsive website built with Next.js for one of Nepal's leading construction companies.

Project Overview
The Challenge
As one of Nepal's leading construction companies, Om Sai Ram Construction (OSRC) needed a digital presence that reflected the scale and professionalism of their physical infrastructure projects. The goal was to replace an outdated web presence with a highly professional, lightning-fast corporate website optimized for local SEO to attract large-scale clients and government tenders.
The Tech Stack
- Frontend Framework: Next.js, React
- Styling & UI: Tailwind CSS, Responsive Design
- Optimization: Static Site Generation (SSG), Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals
- Deployment: CI/CD, Cloud Hosting
The Solution
I developed a modern, high-performance corporate website using Next.js to take full advantage of Static Site Generation (SSG). By pre-rendering the pages at build time, I ensured that the site delivers instantaneous page loads and perfect Lighthouse performance scores, which are critical for ranking high on search engines.
I built the user interface using Tailwind CSS, focusing on a clean, authoritative design that showcases their heavy equipment, past projects, and company milestones. Because many users access construction websites from the field, I implemented a strictly mobile-first responsive architecture to ensure the site is easily navigable on smartphones under poor network conditions.
To maximize visibility, I integrated dynamic metadata, semantic HTML5 structure, and JSON-LD schema markup, ensuring the site is fully optimized for local search queries related to construction services in Nepal.
The Impact
- Delivered a blazingly fast corporate website with top-tier Core Web Vitals, significantly improving user experience.
- Boosted local search engine visibility and digital authority through aggressive technical SEO implementation.
- Provided a seamless, mobile-responsive interface that allows clients and partners to easily browse large-scale project portfolios on any device.
